New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Monday refused to interfere in the Delhi government's 15-day odd-even restrictions for cars aimed at curbing air pollution. A division bench of Chief Justice G. Rohini and Justice Jayant Nath said it will not "interfere unless the policy is unconstitutional or contrary to the statutory provisions". Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai thanked the High Court for its verdict.
