New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has postponed Class 10 and Class 12 Board exams for the centers in northeast Delhi. The exam will continue to conduct in the rest of Delhi. The board has also announced that they will conduct fresh exams so that students will not feel stressed.
The board has also announced that the exams will be held as per schedule from March 2 in all centers. The next date of exam for affected students will be notified shortly. Although the board has also instructed all the school heads to get complete information of those students who have not able to appear for the exam, during the violence.
Till now, the communal violence over the amended citizenship law in northeast Delhi has claimed 34 lives so far and leftover 200 people injured. (INDIA ONLINE)
