Counting of votes for Lok Sabha, 4 state assemblies to be taken up on May 23

Counting of votes for Lok Sabha and four state assemblies of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim will be taken up on Thursday.

News Services Division of All India Radio has made elaborate arrangements for providing authentic and latest results of Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in four states. First time AIR, the biggest radio network of the country, will continuously broadcast a special programme on election results for 40 hours.

AIR News will mount "Special Janadesh 2019" bilingual programme in Hindi and English from 23rd May, 7 AM to 24th May, 11 PM. AIR correspondents across all corners of the country will continuously provide the latest live s of counting of votes.

Experts in studios will give a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the results. The programme will be broadcast on AIR FM Gold and other channels. It will also be available live on YouTube channel News on AIR Official.

Similarly, all 46 Regional News Units of AIR throughout the country will mount special programmes and news bulletins in regional languages of their respective states.
