HM stresses on maintaning peace & tranquility for development of country

The Home Minister has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi completed the national integration which was started by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

He said, Sardar Patel integrated Hyderabad in 1948 and the integration has been completed with complete integration of Kashmir now.

He was addressing Indian Police Service probationers after reviewing a passing out parade at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy in Hyderabad this morning.

The Home Minister stressed on maintenance of peace and tranquillity for the development of the country.

He said law and order plays key role in the economic development and particularly in achieving five trillion dollar economy. He asked the IPS probationers to be SMART police as the Prime Minister always stresses.

The Home Minister said the IPS probationers actually start their journey towards their goal of making the country stable, secured and prosperous.

Stating that there will be many challenges in this journey like extremism, narcotics and external elements in reaching this goal, the Home Minister asked the probationers have to be firm and stable in delivering good to people.

He asked them to always be close to people and deliver duties in the constitutional spirit. He asked them to be sensitive in addressing public issues, have morale, improving ability, gain respect and be techno-savvy thus becoming smart as the PM always emphasizes. (AIR NEWS)
