Mumbai: The State government has postponed the MHT-CET exam, which was going o be conducted in April, this year. The exam was going to be conducted on April 23 to 23, 2020 until further notice. the announcement has been done on Tuesday evening, after three weeks nationwide lockdown announcement.
This year around 4 lakhs students have applied for the exam. The exam is going to be conducted for engineering, pharmacy, agriculture and allied courses in the state. A majority of these students are engineering aspirants. This was one of the major entrance exams conducted at the state level.
The cell had already postponed the MCA entrance test scheduled on March 28. The entrance exam for LLB five- year program scheduled in the first week, may also be suspended soon. To get further updates regarding exam candidates to visit the official website of MH-CET. (INDIA ONLINE)
