Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said the NDA government at the Centre, in its last tenure, worked on developing basic infrastructure of the country and is now focused on providing safe drinking water to every household.
He said three and a half lakh crore rupees are being provided in this regard. He was addressing a public rally at Parli in Beed district of Maharashtra, in favor of BJP candidate Pankaja Munde.
Mr. Modi said the BJP-led government in Maharashtra has received grand support from the public because of its various developmental works during the last five years. He said the Congress and the NCP should think as to why some of their party leaders are leaving them.
In Article 370, Mr. Modi said history will take cognizance of those who opposed its abrogation. He said the BJP from the day of its formation was against this Article. (AIR NEWS)
