The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested an accused for being allegedly involved in the activities of the Islamic State (ISIS) module case, after conducting searches at Batla House in New Delhi.
NIA said, the accused, identified as Mohsin Ahmad, was arrested yesterday. The probe agency said, Ahmad, a resident of Patna, has been an active member of the ISIS. Our correspondent reports, he has been arrested for his involvement in collection of funds for ISIS from sympathisers in India as well as abroad. He was sending these funds to Syria and other places in form of crypto currency in order to further the activities of ISIS. Investigation in the case is in progress. (AIR NEWS)
