Passing out parade of 147 recruits held in Udhampur

Passing out parade of 147 recruits from 22 states of India was held on Saturday at BSF Subsidiary Training Centre (STC) Roun in Udhampur. These recruits were inducted into the Border Security Force today after  44 weeks of rigorous training.

Inspector General, Border Security Force (BSF) Jammu  Frontier, D.K Boora attended the impressive passing out parade and attestation ceremony. Talking to media, IG BSF said that attempts continue to be made from across the border to Infiltrate into this side but BSF troops deployed on the borders have been foiling all such attempts. IG Boora said the situation is normal, under Control and Peaceful on the border and assured that any such attempt from across the border will be dealt with sternly and befittingly. (AIR NEWS)
