Chandigarh: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) Monday ordered the postponement of pending board exams for classes 5, 10 and 12. The decision was made due to lockdown, amid a coronavirus pandemic. As per the new notification, The pending exams were scheduled to be held from April 1.
As per the statement the board circular, “The Punjab government has ordered lockdown/ curfew in view of the situation arising due to coronavirus. Hence, all pending exams of Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) for class 5 which were rescheduled from April 1, for classes 10 and 12 which were rescheduled from April 3 and practicals for class 8, have been further postponed till further orders,”.
