Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will be on a day long visit of Jammu and Kashmir today. During his visit he will pay tributes to the Martyrs on 20th anniversary of Kargil war and will interact with troops and review situation along Line of Actual Control with China.
The Defence Minister will also inaugurate two bridge projects on the rivers Ujh in Kathua district and Basantar in Samba district of Jammu division. These two bridges are significant from the border point of view as well as connectivity for locals.
The Defence Minister will be accompanied by Minister of State, in PMO, Dr. Jitendra Singh and Chief of Army Staff General Bipin Rawat. (AIR)
