Saudi Arabia arrests 13 People suspected of plotting terrorist attacks


Saudi Arabia has said that they have arrested 13 people in connection with the terrorist attack which was foiled by the security Forces on Sunday. The spokesperson of the Saudi Presidency of State Security said that 13 people have been arrested as a result of the investigation which revealed plans to execute criminal acts that were targeting the Kingdom’s security, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

SPA’s twitter handle released the names and photos of the 13 arrested men, in addition to their National ID numbers. Security officials said that huge cache of arms and explosives have been seized from their hideout.

Saudi Arabia Presidency of State Security on Sunday had said that the security authorities had successfully foiled a terrorist attack targeting an intelligence center in Zulfi province, northern of Riyadh. According to reports, ISIS has claimed responsibility for the failed attack on a Saudi state security building northwest of Riyadh. (AIR NEWS)
