Jaipur: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) is not going to postpone the state board exams on April 16. The RBSE board exams had been postponed on March 20 for an indefinite period due to the COVID-19 lockdown across India implemented to slow down the spread of the Coronavirus.
As per to the fake news post The board exams for classes 8 and 10 would start on April 16 and end on April 18, for class 12 students, the exams would begin on April 20 and end on April 30. Class 5 RBSE exams would be carried out in the first week of May.
However, Rajasthan Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra clarified in a tweet that" "This news has come to my notice and I want to make it clear that this is absolutely #fake_news. No decision has been taken regarding board exams yet".
Students are required to check the official website of RBSE to get the right notification regarding the exams. (INDIA ONLINE)
