Prayagraj: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the result of the written part of the Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination 2020 online.
The candidates who appeared for the UPSC Engineering Services Prelims can check their results which is available online at www.results.shiksha/upsc. The exam conducted on January 5, 2020.
The result will consist up of the PDF file which contains the names of the qualified candidates. Qualified candidates have to appear in the mains exams which is sheduled to be conducted on 28 June 2020.
The qualified candidates are further advised to refer to the Rules of the Engineering Services Examination, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Railways and the Examination, all the information is mentioned in the official website of UPSC at www.upsc.gov.in
The candidates can download their e-admit cards from the Commission’s Website around 3 weeks before the commencement of the Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2020. Candidates are also informed that marks and cut-off marks of Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2020.
After the declaration of the final result of the Engineering Services Examination, 2020. The candidates must note that no request for change of center/discipline for Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2020 will be entertained under any circumstances.
As per the results this year, a total of 2228 candidates have qualified in the prelims exam. Out of the total of 2228 candidates, 801 candidates have been selected for Civil Engineering, 285 for Mechanical Engineering, 537 for Electrical Engineering and 605 for Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
