WhatsApp rolling out new calling button on iOS beta

New calling functionality on WhatsApp’s iOS beta WhatsApp, a messaging platform owned by Meta, is introducing a new calling button and context menu in its iOS beta version. According to WABetaInfo, if users have the feature enabled, they will see a different calling icon.

While group participants can still make group calls, the updated icon will display a context menu offering the option to choose between audio or video calls.
